We've had reports of customers using Virgin Media for their connections that they are unable to find sites on Smart servers and e-mails are currently inaccessible. This is a Virgin Media issue with themselves, to which we've reported this directly to the ISP for them to investigate further. This is not in any way an issue with our service and is unfortunately outside of our control. We will update you all as to when their services are restored and will maintain monitoring the situation.
